Simple and flexible check in (if they’re able to accommodate you). Clear and responsive communication when you contact them either on this platform or via landline (this is more advisable). The room was extremely spacious and allowed us to do self-catering with ease. Furniture is a bit dated but well looked after. The linen (anyone’s concern when you are doing travel stays) is always immaculate. The thorough work the cleaning team does to prepare for you is commendable. If you want a homely and affordable stay, this is the best option. The travel time from the airport is also amazingly short. Access to main road and amenities is quite convenient. I’ve been their client for a few times when I visit. They do often get booked out. So in as much as they have ample rooms, you’ll be surprised how quick they get booked. KB 🇿🇦🇿🇦

I had an incredible experience at Airport Inn and Suites and a large part of that was thanks to Justin or T jay I call him. Throughout my stay, he consistently provided top-notch service with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was not only attentive and professional but also went above and beyond to make sure every drink and interaction was perfect. His knowledge of the drink recommendations were spot-on, and he made the bar feel like a personal experience each time. If you’re staying here, make sure to visit the bar, Justin or T Jay is a true asset to this hotel!

I was just in transit, came in late and left early so hardly had time to evaluate but the convenience of the place was huge. It was also large and impressive inside with loads of space. There was a plunge pool I noticed. They offered me a menu, it wasn’t noisy, it was just perfect for the short stay visitor! The main draw card was the staff. The receptionist was really excellent. Friendly, efficient, personable, professional, kind, welcoming and hospitable. He was a true gem. The security was lovely too.

The hotel porters jump in to help you with your luggage - and when it's raining they walk you to your car with an umbrella. So sweet. The rooms are serviced daily from 10 am, beverage topped up. They provide a dish washing liquid and cloth and a bigger one for drying the dishes. Plates and cutlery in sets of 2. Even the carpets are clean and smell fresh. There is enough lighting in all the rooms and the curtains are beautiful.

Big room with everything you need bath shower lounge cooking place what more do you need ,staff is always vibrant and happy the prices are so reasonable u can stay on your holiday even longer there was a bar for the bf to go and a pool for me to chill I mean there isn't much places that can even compete with them absolutely love this place and will only book here when I'm down in jozi thanks agin love you guys
